Mike Philpott’s wonderful book about his life trailing The Vapors has just been published as a deluxe, expanded hardback. Bringing the original 2019 text fully up to the present day, Mike has added almost a hundred extra pages. In addition, there are three sections of photos, a newly designed dust jacket and a introduction by Vapors ally & former drummer in The Chords, Brett ‘Buddy’ Ascott. If that wasn’t enough, every book has been hand signed by the four band members!
The attendees at the Portmeirion event had a chance to grab a copy over the weekend. Each book retails at £30 and all proceeds-a huge £20 per copy-are being donated to the charity Parkinson’s UK.
