Anyone who came to the Brighton show tonight will be aware that Michael was taken ill early in the set.
Firstly, and most importantly, Michael was upright, chatting and full of apologies for letting people down before he was taken to hospital for checks. He hasn’t let anyone down of course, but right now our thoughts are with our bandmate, and we’re sure you’ll join us in wishing him the speediest of recoveries.

Today is national Wasp In A Jar day! After many months wait (and a huge amount of work behind the scenes), the band’s fourth album is unleashed on the world today. We can confirm that the Hope & Anchor show in March has now sold out and the others are getting close… The band’s first shows of 2025 are a 5 date mini tour of special album showcase gigs which visit Brighton, Bristol, London, Manchester and Sheffield during March.
