Cheers x News Here are the full ticketing details for the forthcoming weekend event at Portmeirion on 20-22 March 2026. It promises to be a packed weekend with live performances from The Vapors on Friday and Saturday with support both nights. There will be other band related events over the weekend, fan participation and the opportunity to interact with the band. Plus you have full access to the amazing Portmeirion village over the weekend… We will also be producing an exclusive t-shirt for the event which is only available to preorder & collect at Portmeirion that weekend. Tickets cost £95 each for adults & £50 each for kids (16 or under) and t-shirts are £25 each. To secure your places, please let us know how many tickets you would like and send relevant payment via Paypal friends & family option to Payment can be made either in full now or in three instalments of £35 deposit per adult (£20 per child) non-refundable at time of booking, a further £30 (£20 kids) instalment on 1st August and a balance of £30 (£10 kids) on 1st November. See you there… News Next spring marks the 100th anniversary of the opening to guests of the Portmeirion Hotel, the first building at what would become Portmeirion village, a location dear to the band and Vapors fans alike. ![]() March 2026 also marks the 10th anniversary of Dave & Ed hopping on stage with Steve and The Shakespearos at The Half Moon in Putney, which kickstarted the band’s reunion. ![]() Now, how should we celebrate those two great landmarks? All tickets remain valid for this sold out show. News The second single to be taken from Wasp In A Jar will be The Human Race which is released for download on Friday 14th March. In fact, the UK Official Charts have the album in no less than 5 different charts! The album has secured positions in the Download Chart, the Physical Chart, a top 20 placing in the Independent Chart and even in the Scottish Chart. Most importantly, though, is the number 47 spot in the UK Official Album Chart. ![]() This is a fantastic achievement for a self-financed, Crowdfunded release. We’d like to pass on our thanks to everyone out there that Crowdfunded the project, pre-ordered, downloaded or even purchased the album in an actual record shop. We couldn’t have done it without you…thanks! News We’re pleased (and not a little relieved) to be able to confirm that Michael has been given a clean bill of health and is back to full match fitness for the Manchester and Sheffield gigs this weekend. Some tickets are available for both shows. Last night’s postponed Bristol show at Thunderbolt has now been rearranged for Friday 4th April. All tickets remain valid for this new date. If you are unable to attend, you will receive instructions about how to get a refund from your point of sale. There are a handful of tickets for this gig available. We’ll update you regarding the Brighton show as soon as we can. |
